EARLY LEARNING & CARE

Our team understands the early learning and care community, having worked extensively with the Ministry of Children and Youth Services, CMSMs, DSSABs, and service providers across Ontario. Recent work has included supporting Best Start Networks in gauging and enhancing service and system integration, developing community plans, forecasting space requirements and restructuring the delivery of supports to children with special needs. The introduction of full day early learning represents yet another challenge one that calls upon early learning stakeholders for continued collaboration and joint planning.

• Developed a new Strategic Plan for the Chatham-Kent Best Start Network (April 2011 – August 2011)
• Supported planning for and facilitated an Early Learning Forum focusing on Best Start Child and Family Centres for the Hamilton and Windsor Best Start Networks (April 2010 – June 2010)
