Supported the development of and facilitated multiple deliveries of a 2 day Organizational Development training course offered by HROntario / Project Management Centre for Excellence. Training focuses on the use of a new Diagnostic Tool to help assess an organization's need for change and a detailed Guide to Organizational Development.
