Pauline Lewis draws upon a combination of 30 years of progressively responsible experience in management consulting and training design and delivery. The majority of her career has been dedicated to the field of social and human services; focusing on capacity improvement, leadership, change and performance management, training and organizational development. Prior to opening Pauline Lewis & Associates Inc., she was the Director of Training with the Ontario Municipal Social Services Association. Other professional posts include having worked for the Ministry of Community and Social Services, the Regional Municipality of Halton and as a member of the faculty of Sheridan College instructing in their Adult Education Program.
Pauline has led numerous large scale consulting projects that have involved assessing and improving stagnant organizations and providing management coaching and training to support organizational well-being. Pauline’s expertise is directed at supporting performance improvement through organizational renewal and training. |
